Terms of Use — Shashank Ayur Courses

(Applicable to the "How to Grow on Instagram Consciously" course and all associated content)

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of the Shashank Ayur platform ("Website") and any content, community access, or services offered through it, including mobile versions ("Platform").

These Terms apply to all enrolled users ("Learners", "You"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other communications shared with you ("Agreement").

"Creator," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Shashank Sharma, the creator and owner of the Shashank Ayur brand and platform.

1. Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent/legal guardian if between 13–18. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access paid content such as the "How to Grow on Instagram Consciously" course, you must register using accurate information. Some sections may require payments—see section 11.

2. Content Access & License

All course materials, including video sessions, downloadable PDFs, exercises, and coaching templates ("Content"), are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or re-upload any course material
  • Modify or edit videos or written content
  • Use Creator’s materials for any commercial or public display
  • Mirror or reproduce the course on another platform
  • Access may be revoked if these terms are violated.

3. Community & Forum Participation

You may have access to private discussion threads, comment sections, or live Q&As ("Public Forums"). Participation is optional, but by engaging, you agree to:

  • Respect all participants
  • Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or negative/harmful speech
  • Not impersonate others or share misleading information

Shashank Ayur reserves the right to remove posts or revoke access from those who violate community ethics.

4. Code of Conduct

This platform is built on mindful values. You agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful and respectful purposes
  • Avoid hate speech, defamation, or harassment
  • Not upload viruses, malware, or attempt to breach the system
  • Respect others' privacy and content ownership

5. Intellectual Property

All material on the Platform, including the layout, visuals, branding, videos, scripts, PDF tools, and exercises, are the intellectual property of Shashank Ayur and/or its licensors ("Creator Content").

No right, title, or ownership is transferred to you. Any feedback or ideas you submit may be used by us to improve the course without compensation or claim of ownership.

6. Payments & Refunds

To access the course, you may be required to pay a one-time or subscription fee ("Content Fee"). Payments are processed via trusted third-party gateways. Shashank Ayur does not store sensitive payment data.

Unless otherwise mentioned in our Refund Policy, all course payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

7. Technical Requirements

Ensure your device supports high-quality video playback, internet access, and file downloads. Compatibility may vary by platform or operating system.

8. Disclaimers

This course is provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Though rooted in experience and neuroscience-based tools, this course does not constitute professional therapy, legal, or financial advice.

We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or always available.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shashank Ayur will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shashank Ayur from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India for any dispute resolution.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any significant change will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
