Rakshita is a India and UK-registered Health Practitioner working with NHS London. Hands on experience in critical care, post-anaesthetic care (PACU), preventive healthcare,and longevity medicine. Certified yoga teacher integrating movement therapy, breathwork, nervous system regulation into holistic healing.

She combines medical precision with gentle, body-respectful practices.
